Terms & Conditions for Islamabad DGI&P Jobs 2024
- A general age relaxation of 5 years will apply to all candidates as per Government rules.
- Additional relaxation in the upper age limit is allowed for specific categories of candidates:
- Three years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, and Northern Areas.
- Three years for candidates belonging to Sindh (R) and Balochistan for posts in BPS-15 and below under the Federal Government.
- Fifteen years or the number of years served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less, for Released or personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
- Ten years up to the age of 55 years for in-service Government servants with 2 years of continuous Government service on the closing date for receipt of applications.
- Ten years for disabled persons for appointment to posts in BPS-15 and below.
- Five years for a widow, son, or daughter of a deceased civil servant who died during service.
- Persons in Government Service must provide an NOC at the time of the interview.
- Part-time, honorary, apprentice, or internee positions will not be considered or continued as experience.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
- No TA/DA will provide the test/interview.
- A 2% Disabled quota as per Government Policy will be observed
