Applications are invited from candidates up to 2025-03-03 to fill the following vacancies in the Session Division Hub. Age limit is 18 to 30 years. For details on how to apply, eligibility criteria, required documents, and the application process, please read this article.

How to Apply
- Candidates holding a local domicile of District Hub will be eligible to apply.
- Candidates possessing the above-mentioned qualifications should submit their applications on simple paper along with attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs to the Superintendent’s Office of this Court by 2025-03-03.
- Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
Important instructions
- The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on 2025-03-05.
- Other government employees can send their applications through their respective departments. For such government employees, the upper age limit will be 35 years after including the relaxation period of 103 years of service.
- The written test for the posts of Stenographer, Stenotypist, and Junior Clerk will be held on March 08, 2025, at 09:00 AM in the District and Session Judge’s building, Hub. In addition to the general paper for the Stenographer and Stenotypist positions, a shorthand test will also be conducted. Successful candidates in the written test will be interviewed on March 10, 2025.
- Interviews for the posts of Bailiff, Process Server, Naib Qasid, and Mali will be held on March 11, 2025, while the interview and driving test for the Driver position will also be conducted on March 11, 2025.
- No travel expenses will be given to the candidates.
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the test/interview without assigning any reason.
- Candidates who try to influence the recruitment process in any way will be disqualified.
- For the appointment of a successful Stenographer, a recommendation will be sent to the Honorable High Court of Balochistan.
