- Interested candidates may first visit ETS Web site (https://elite.org.pk) and apply online for the desired post/s online.
- After successful submission of the online application, candidate must take print of the form with challan form and submit fees mentioned on the challan form (non-refundable/non-transferable) in any MCB bank branch.
- After fees submission candidate must send the application form along with the challan form (sign & stamped) by the bank to Street no. 34, Block no. 89, Office no. 6, I & T Center, G-10/1 Islamabad. Contact 051-8778263 or 0331-5105494 (WhatsApp ONLY) within due date.
- Sometimes due to network issue candidates don’t receive the SMS so candidates are advised to keep visiting ETS website at least 3 times a week.
- Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETS to download and print their Roll No slips from ETS Web site (https://elite.org.pk) candidates are directed to do not give ported / converted mobile numbers.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidates copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- Candidates must apply online on ETS Web site (https://elite.org.pk).
- Last date of submission of online application is 24 February 2025.
- Test date. Time & venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
- No separate call letters will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/couriers means.

- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETS screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidates are found ineligible in any respect at any stage of
- 1 the recruitment process. He/She will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
- Interview call letters will be issued to short listed candidates only. 2
- Screening of candidates will be based on a test conducted by ELITE TESTING SERVICES (ETS) (Written Test (ETS) 80% weightage + 20% interview).
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
- The candidates working in the Government/semi Government bodies should apply through proper channels.
- The candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
- Competent Authority reserve 3 the rights to cancel, reject any application with assigning reason or if any changes made in Service Rules / ATP Rules, the competent authority committee will follow the Government Rules strictly.
- Error omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification and number of vacant cadres be increased/decreased.
- Not fulfilling any of the written statements in the application form or any misinformation will automatically exclude the candidates from the whole recruitment process at any stage. 11. All such information will be displayed on the notice board of DHO D. I. Khan.
- Shortlisted candidates should bring original documents along with CNIC & attested photocopies of each document at the time of interview.
