GEPCO In-House Induction

GEPCO offers direct induction opportunities for eligible employees with 2 years of service (regular or contract) into the role of Junior Engineer (Electrical)/SDO. Government-approved age relaxation is applicable, with a maximum of 10 years for disabled candidates. For Government Servants/WAPDA/DISCO Employees

Individuals with 2 years of continuous service in government, WAPDA, or DISCOs are eligible to apply for different positions. Government-approved age relaxation applies, with a maximum age limit of 43 years for BPS-17 posts and 40 years for other posts.

Note: Government employees must apply through official channels and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

General Eligibility

Contractual Appointment and Other Conditions for GEPCO Jobs

  • Candidates will be initially hired on a 3-year contract with a lump sum pay package.
