Required Qualification & Experience for HEC Pakistan Jobs 2025
Project Manager (MOOCs):
- At least 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s in Mass Communications, Business Administration, Information Management, ICT, or similar fields.
- 8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience with LMS/MOOCs, TV programming, studio setup, and management.
Dy. Program Specialist:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Education, Public Policy, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in Higher Education, focusing on training, capacity building, and policy implementation.
Project Manager (Blockchain):
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in programming languages like C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, and Solidity, with a good understanding of blockchain architecture and cryptography.
- Industry-recognized certifications are preferred.
Implementation Engineer (Blockchain):
- At least 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s in ICT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in cloud, blockchain, and IAM technologies are a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software is preferred.
Office Manager:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) with 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Higher Education sector in Pakistan.
Assistant Program Specialist:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) with 2 years of experience in program assistance, preferably in Higher Education procedures and systems.
Office Assistant:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) from an HEC recognized University/Institution with 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office is required.
Attendant:
- Matriculate with 1 year of relevant experience.
Janitor/Sanitary Worker:
- 3 years of experience as a sanitary worker.
