IHRA Jobs Required Qualification & Experience in 2025
Health Professional:
- Master’s degree registered with Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council/Higher Education Commission (Nursing) of Pakistan (HEC).
- Registered nursing practitioner with 10 years of clinical practice experience.
Health Professional (Alternate Medicine):
- Registered Practitioners of Tibb, Homeopathy with 10 years of Clinical practice experience.
- Finance Corporate and Governance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance Accounting.
- 5 years of professional experience in finance and audit.
- Preference for Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst.
Philanthropist/ NGO:
- 15 years of public administration-related experience in philanthropy or civil society.
- Retired officer with a distinguished career in public service, and experience in administrative and leadership roles.
- Profound knowledge of policy development and implementation.
- Experience in strategic planning, negotiation, and diplomacy skills with diverse stakeholders would be an asset.
Hospital Administration:
- He/She registered Medical Practitioner with a Post-graduation degree in hospital administration.
- 10 years of post-qualification experience to run the hospital.
Conditions for IHRA Islamabad Jobs Position in March 2025
- The minimum age limit for all positions is 45 years.
- The term of office for a board member is three (03) years as per Section 7 of the relevant Act.
- Decisions of the Selection Committee formed under Section 6 of the Islamabad Health Care Regulations Act 2018 shall be final and cannot be challenged on any grounds.
- Candidates must not have any Conflict of Interest.
- Applications received after the due date or incomplete will not be considered.
- Candidates are not required to submit a TD (Traveling Allowance) claim
