Stenotypist:
- Qualification: Intermediate
- Minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m in shorthand/typing
- Must be computer literate
- Age Limit: 18-25 years
UDC (Upper Division Clerk):
- Qualification: Intermediate
- 3 weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office conducted by NITB) should be done within one year
- Age Limit: 18-25 years
LDC (Lower Division Clerk):
- Qualification: Matric
- Minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m
