- Age limit: 28 to 52 years.
- Physically fit.
- Educational qualification: Minimum Matric.
- HTV driving license is mandatory as per rules.
- Monthly salary: Rs. 69,752 including monthly ration allowance.
- Bonus: In addition to salary, up to Rs. 40,000 per month based on better performance and a cash award of Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- for meeting the monthly target based on performance.
- Annual Bonus: Equivalent to 8-4 months of basic salary.
- Leaves, CP Fund, Group Insurance and free medical facilities under NLC Service Rules.
- Medical allowance for family up to Rs. 150,000 per year.
- Test/Interviews will be held at the following locations for which no TA/DA will be given.
