- The completed application form, original bank deposit slip (NTS Copy), attested copies of CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs should be sent to the specified address by the deadline mentioned below using Courier Service/Pakistan Post, etc.
- Candidates applying for different quotas must have a domicile from the same district(s) or province as specified.

Trained Graduate Teacher (BPS-16):
B.A./B.Sc. (2nd Division) with B.Ed or equivalent qualification.
Audit Assistant (BPS-15):
B.Com preferably with Auditing and Advance Accounting as a special subject OR B.A./B.Sc. with 3 years’ experience in Audit and Accounts.
Transport Supervisor (BPS-14):
- Three years Post Matriculate Diploma in Auto Technology with 5 years experience in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body OR
- Ex-Subedar from Technically qualified EME or equivalent from Armed Forces with experience in vehicle repair/inspection and capable of organizing and controlling a fleet of 100 or more vehicles.
Typist (BPS-12):
- HSSC/Intermediate/I.Com with at least 2nd Division.
- Typing speed of 40 wpm on PC.
- Certificate (at least 3 months) MS Office from any institute/organization.
Senior Store Keeper (BPS-15)
- B.Sc/BA with Economics or Statistics/B.Com (at least 2nd Division) with one year experience in Store Management OR
- Three years Post Matric Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical with two years’ experience in Store Management.
Junior Store Keeper (BPS-14)

General Terms & Condition:
- A general age relaxation of five years is included in the age limit.
- Additional age relaxation of up to three years is available for Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Communities, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas (Ex-FATA), Baltistan, and Kashmir.
- NTDC/Government employees with two years of continuous service can get up to ten years of age relaxation.
- Disabled persons can get up to ten years of age relaxation for certain posts.
- Age relaxation can be used under only one category.
- Selected candidates may need to work anywhere in Pakistan.
- Original documents must be shown at the interview.
- Contact NTS for any queries about the test, candidate lists, roll numbers, test centers, and results.
- Candidates applying under Minority or Disability quotas must provide relevant certificates.
- Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
- Candidates dismissed or banned from future employment for disciplinary reasons are ineligible.
- Regularization for the above BPS-based positions will be considered after the contract period and satisfactory performance.
- Incomplete or incorrect applications will be disqualified at any stage, even after employment.
- Candidates must provide correct information.
- No TA/DA will be given for tests or interviews.
