Pak Army Commissioned Officer Interview:
After passing the written, medical, and physical tests, candidates will face interviews will be held by Selection and Recruitment Officers (S&ROs) and a psychologist. Before the interview, each candidate must write a 10-line essay in English and Urdu on a given topic, using paper provided by the board. The topic will be displayed in the exam hall or room. During the interview, the S&RO will take notes on each candidate. Candidates will be scored out of 20, and those getting less than 12 will not receive an Inter Services Selection Board (ISSB) form.
