• Qualification: Applicants must have at least a bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Candidates should be experienced bankers with a minimum of 5 years in senior positions like SEVP or above. Preference will be given to those with expertise in Rural Microfinance or Agri-Financing.
• Fit & Proper Test: Candidates must be able to pass the Fit & Proper Test administered by the State Bank of Pakistan.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 40 and 62 years old.
• Pay Package: The salary will be determined based on qualifications and negotiated accordingly.
