Vacant Post, Required Qualification & Experience

Project Director (PPS-11): 

• No. of Posts: 1
• Age Limit: 25-55
• Qualification: M.B.B.S with a postgraduate degree in Public Health, Medical Administration, Health Management, Administration, or equivalent from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan

• Experience & Skills:
  • At least 10 years of verifiable experience in mid and senior-level positions after obtaining the required qualifications
  • 5 years of relevant project management and/or implementation experience
  • Knowledge of Public Sector rules and regulations is an advantage
  • Preference for experience in managing WB-funded projects
  • Government service candidates meeting the criteria can apply

Healthcare Management Specialist/DPD (PPS-10): 

• No. of Posts: 10
• Age Limit: 25-50
• Qualification: MBBS/MD with post-graduation in Public Health, Health Economics, Health Care Management, or equivalent from a university recognized by HEC Pakistan

• Experience & Skills:

1. At least 8 years of verifiable relevant experience in health projects
2. Minimum 3 years of experience at a managerial level after MBBS
3. Experience in developing and implementing health sector operations
4. Experience in producing/supporting health sector guidelines/training materials

Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10): 

• No. of Posts: 1
• Age Limit: 25-45
• Qualification:

1. CA/ACCA/CIMA/ACMA
2. Completion of articles from a registered audit firm is preferred

• Experience & Skills:

1. At least 8 years of verifiable relevant experience
2. Working knowledge of public sector accounting and a thorough understanding of the PFM cycle
3. Knowledge of regulatory mechanisms, financial modeling, and grievance redressal mechanisms for large-scale services is an advantage
4. Experience in financial reporting based on international Public Sector Accounting Standards
