General Instruction:

• Suppose an applicant claims their qualification is equivalent to the required one. In that case, they must submit an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee (QEDC) of the concerned department.
• If an applicant doesn’t provide the equivalence certificate at the time of the interview or when asked, their application will be canceled.
• For experience claimed from a private firm/entity, the applicant must bring proof that the firm/entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority.
• In-service candidates must have obtained or applied for an NOC/DPC from their department and provide it at the time of the interview.
• Ensure the applicant has obtained or applied for a Registration Certificate from PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or another relevant regulatory body before the closing date and provide it at the interview.
• The applicant must provide marks obtained, total marks, or percentage certificates of all degrees at the interview. CGPA is not acceptable.
• Trust only the information on the PPSC website; do not trust information from other sources.
• The Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test, if required, will only be held in Lahore.
• No fresh applications will be invited if there is a change in the number of posts.

• Qualification & Experience: MS in Human Resource Management from an HEC-recognized university.

Assistant Director (Budget & Audit) BPS-17: 

• Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree (Second division) in Business Administration or Finance, or ACMA, or BS in Accounting and Finance from an HEC-recognized university.

• Female and Transgender: 21-35 years

Inspector Legal (Environmental Protection Agency) BPS-16

• Qualification & Experience: LLB (Second division) from an HEC-recognized university. I am registered as an advocate with the Punjab Bar Council.

Required Age:

• Male and Transgender: 25-30 years
• Female and Transgender: 25-35 years

Assistant Director (Legal) BPS-17 Eligibility Criteria: 

• Qualification & Experience: LLB (Second division) from an HEC-recognized university. Three years of experience as an Advocate High Court. Registered as an advocate with the Punjab Bar Council.

Required Age:

• Male and Transgender: 25-30 years
• Female and Transgender: 25-35 years

PPSC Written Test Syllabus 2024

Paper type & Duration: 

• One paper MCQ-type written test of 100 Marks 
• Time: 90 minutes duration.
