- Enter your CNIC number and click “Proceed.”

- Click the “Submit Application” button once all required information is provided.
- Read the undertaking, select the checkbox, and click “Submit Application” again.
- You will receive an Application Number confirming your submission.
- After that, You will get an email and SMS with your Application Submission and Token Number for editing or printing your application.
