Required Qualification: Member of a recognized professional accountancy body (e.g., CA, ACCA) with 15+ years of experience.
Required Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Strong understanding of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) regulations for public and private companies.
Legal Knowledge: LLB or LLM degree preferred.
Required Experience: Expertise in financial governance, planning, and risk management.
Additional Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Key Responsibilities of CFO:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with SECP regulations, accounting standards (IAS and IFRS), and internal policies.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
