Eligibility Criteria:
Paramedics / Emergency Medical Technician (PPS-05/04):
- Place of Posting: Major Highways of Sindh Province (Satellite Stations-M9, N5, N55)
- Required Qualifications: Nursing or Paramedical Degree or Diploma (2nd Division) from a recognized Board, Council, or University
- Required Experience: At least 2 years in any emergency rescue organization, public sector, hospital, ambulance service, emergency, or trauma care setup
- Age Required: 20-42 years
Driver (PPS-01):
- Place of Posting: Major Highways of Sindh Province (Satellite Stations-M9, N5, N55)
- Required Qualifications: Middle school education with LTV/Motor Car License (preference given to candidates with Matriculation and relevant experience)
- Required Age: 20-35 years
- Candidates with only a Motor Car License must obtain an LTV license during the 6-month probation period

Important Instructions
- Emergency Services uniformed personnel must be physically and mentally fit.
- They should have a good character to handle extreme situations like accidents, trauma, and vehicle crash extrication.
- Duties include transporting critically ill patients to hospitals, rescuing people from building collapses, water and flood rescues, deep well rescues, and high-rise building fire evacuations.
- They may also respond to airplane or railway crashes.
- Candidates need the right qualifications and physical attributes to manage these rescue operations and save lives.
- The final selection will be after successful training. A fixed stipend will be given during training based on the specific cadre.
- Candidates who drop out at any step, will replaced by waiting candidates.
- Physical fitness will be assessed according to the recruitment policy.
- No age relaxation.
- Medical screening includes checking for physical deformities, weak eyesight, color blindness (for drivers), high BMI, and diseases like Hepatitis (B&C), HIV, RPR, or STD.
- Tests will be conducted at designated hospitals and laboratories, with links provided on SFERP & PTS websites after written, psychological, and physical tests.
- Candidates must send photocopies of their documents as listed in the application form checklist according to the criteria for each post.
