(1) Assistant Director (BS-17)

Qualification:

• Second Class or Grade “C” Master’s Degree
• 16 years Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to Master’s)
• Fields: Social Sciences, MBA, MPA, LLB
• Recognized by HEC
• Experience: 03 years in Administration, Finance, or Legal Matters
• Age Limit: 22-35 years

(2) Assistant Private Secretary (BS-16)

Required Qualification:

• Must be a Graduate
• Shorthand speed of 100 w.p.m.
• Typing speed of 50 w.p.m.
• Must be computer literate
• Age Limit: 20-33 years

(3) Data Processing Assistant (BS-16)

Required Qualification:

• 2nd Division or Grade “C” Master’s degree in Computer Science
• BSCS (4 years), BSIT (4 years), or BSSE from an HEC-recognized university/institution
• Preference given to candidates with relevant field experience
• Age Limit: 20-35 years

(4) Assistant (BS-15)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• Must complete a 6-week basic IT training course (including MS Office) by NITB before the end of the probation period
• Age Limit: 18-33 years

(5) Stenotypist (BS-14)

Required Qualification:

• Must have completed Intermediate
• Shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m.
• Typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
• Must be computer literate
• Age Limit: 18-30 years

(6) Data Entry Operator (BS-14)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics from a recognized university
• Typing speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour on a computer
• Age Limit: 18-33 years

(7) Upper Division Clerk (BS-13)

Qualification:

• Must have completed Intermediate
• Required to complete a 3-week basic IT training course (including MS Office) by NITB before the end of the probation period
• Age Limit: 18-30 years

(8) Lower Division Clerk (BS-11)

Qualification:

• Matric
• Typing speed of 30 w.p.m.
• Must complete a 3-week basic IT training course (including MS Office) by NITB before the probation period ends
• Age Limit: 18-30 years

(9) Telephone Operator (BS-09)

Qualification:

• Intermediate
• 2 years experience in the relevant field
• Age Limit: 18-30 years

(10) Staff Car Driver (BS-04)

Qualification:

• Primary education
• Valid driving license
• Well-versed in traffic rules
• Age Limit: 18-35 years

(11) Lift Operator (BS-04)

Qualification:

• Primary education
• 2 years’ experience in the relevant field
• Age Limit: 18-35 years
• Place of Posting: Head Office, Islamabad = 1 (Local Basis)

(12) Dispatch Rider (BS-04)

Qualification:

• Primary education
• Valid motorcycle driving license
• Age Limit: 18-35 years

Qualification:

HEC ETC Written Test & Interview 2024

Written Test:

• Administered by the Education Testing Council (ETC)
• Conducted in 05 Following citie:

1. Karachi
2. Lahore
3. Islamabad
4. Peshawar
5. Quetta

• ETC will notify candidates about the test venue, date, and time
• Test results will be communicated to both candidates and Wafaqi Mohtasib

Interviews:

• Scheduled and conducted by Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat
• Interview schedule will be announced by Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat

Note: Original documents and verified copies (with board/university stamp) will be checked at the interview.

Important Instructions

• Registered applicants will receive an email/SMS with test date, time, and venue
• Provide a valid email/mobile number; SMS will not be sent to ported numbers
• No mobile phones or electronic devices allowed in the test center
• Do not upload or share images of the question book
• Bring the Original CNIC or Original Passport on the test day
• Also bring the Roll No. slip issued by ETC via email or downloaded from the candidate’s portal

• Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Test Center Rules:
• No travel or daily allowance will be provided for attending the test/interview
