WCLA Jobs Required Qualifications: 

• Director (Architecture): Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Assistant Director (Technical): Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Assistant Director (Electrical Engineer): Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Assistant Director (Environment): Master’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) or Social Sciences.
• Assistant Director (Accounts): Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) or Commerce.
• Assistant Director (Environment & Parks): Sc. (Horticulture or Forestry).
• Office Assistant: Bachelor’s degree.
• CAD Operator: Diploma in Associate Engineering (Architectural) with two years of experience.
• Sub-Engineer (Civil)/ Building Inspector: Diploma in Associate Engineering (Civil) with three years of experience.
• Sub-Engineer (Electrical): Diploma in Associate Engineering (Electrical) with one year of experience.

General Instructions:

• Preference is given to candidates with higher qualifications and relevant experience.
• Candidates from Government/Semi-Government organizations need to apply through proper channels with an NOC from their current employer.
• Quotas for minorities, disabled, and women will be followed as per government policy.
• WCLA can adjust the number of posts or reject applications without notice.
