Eligibility Criteria & Required Qualifications

Gender: Males, Females, & Transgenders

Age Limits:

• Male: 25 to 35 years + 5 years = 40 years
• Female: 25 to 35 years + 8 years = 43 years
• Transgender: Age based on CNIC

Gender & Domicile:

• Open to Male, Female, and Transgender candidates
• Domicile: All Punjab Basis
• Place of Posting: National Hockey Stadium, Lahore

Assistant Director (Public Relations):

• M.A in Journalism or Mass Communication from a recognized university
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Only practical experience after completing qualifications will be considered.
• Experience from private entities is accepted if registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory power.

Assistant Director (Estate Management):

• Law graduate with 2 years of practice experience
• Only administrative experience after qualification will be considered.
• Private entity experience is accepted if registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or other authorities.

Sub Divisional Officer:

• BSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• 5 years of field experience
• Only experience after completing qualifications will be considered.
• Private sector experience is accepted if the organization is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or other authorities.

Research & Statistical Officer:

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration

Note: Employees of Federal or Provincial Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, or Local Bodies are not eligible for age relaxation for time they served in such organizations.

PPSC Written Exam Syllabus

• One paper, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), 100 marks, 90 minutes duration
• Syllabus:
  • 80%: Qualification-related questions
  • 20%: General Ability (General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, English, Urdu, Basic Mathematics, Everyday Science, and Basic Computer Studies)
